Get back into shape after Christmas

Christmas is gone and all the sweets you ate have had devastating consequences in your figure. Do not panic! With these tips, you will get rid of all the extra food and drink you had during these recent holiday

The first thing that you have to do is go on a diet. You shold have 5 meals a day, without eating anything in between. Experts recommend having strong breakfasts and light dinners.
Whatever diet that you do, make sure of the variety of food.  You have to enjoy it in order to avoid giving up. Remember that you will see the result in a long term. So be patient.  

In addition, in order to keep your organism free of toxins include in every food at least one of these ingredients that will make your body get rid of the impurities of your body: Breads and integral cereals, fruit and raw vegetables (onion, garlic, lemon, artichokes, etc) virgin olive oil, and natural yogurt.  

Also we recommend to you to make some physical exercise at least three days a week. If you do not have a lot of time to go to the gym you can make simple exercices at home, also you can go up and down the stairs of your house, and walk more instead of taking the car.
