In the town of Àguilas in Murcia, there are parades, customs and party at night. There you will see the traditional event called the " release of the musona ", a mythological character who walks the streets with a dazzling makeup and disguise.  The Carnival of Gades is one of the most populars of Spain. It is also known around the world since many foreign tourists come here to enjoy this celebration. Thousands of people are in the streets. Everything happens in 10 days: a prestigious contest of singers, parades and fireworks.

 Carnival of Tarragona.

 This emblematic Carnival has great  parades that have nothing to envy to those of Rio de Janeiro. The contest of " drag queens " is one of the most exciting moments of this Carnival. There is also and enourmous barrel installed in the Town hall, which shoots fireworks, intensifying the celebration!
