Elisabetta Marzetti, a supernormal Italian woman

Elisabetta Marzetti defines herself as “a gentle person, patient, strong determined, creative, geek, a dreamer and a lover of beauty”. Born in Italy, Elisabetta currently lives in Milan, where she works as blogger and social media strategist. During our interview, Elisabetta tells us how happy she is for having covered the latest London Fashion Week, a Burberry Prorsum catwalk included.

“To me, fashion is all about imagination. I feel influenced by street outfits, on-line resources and things I see on the magazines. I like mixing all them on, adapting them into my own, personal style”. Marzetii likes brands like  Jil Sander, Burberry and MSGM, low-cost’s like Mango, Zara, H&M or Asos, which she combines with pieces from emerging designer talents.

This Italian woman who one day fell in love with Spain and came here to learn our language likes fresh flowers, new shoes, the fragance of a parfum inspired by the sea and creating new playlists. Add a flight ticket and you’ll make her day’s!

When talking about our “Supernormal project”,  Elisabetta claims for “the glamour of the rotundity. I want fashion becoming something really plural. I don’t want fashion reaching us only through an image of extremly thin women”.

Style means to you: Rather than taking clichés or following the latest trends, style for me means to find harmony with ourselves, have a sense of aesthetics and not fall into the ridiculous or the grotesque.

Your latest challenge: A 12cm heels.

The last time something made you take yourself not so serius: Two days ago, in a shoe store. I sat then and not even a 41 shoe size fit me!

Tell us a secret: I have four pairs of shoes in my wardrobe waiting for me to use them for the first time ;)

… It’s not the case of her supernormal ballerinas!
